I enjoy the liberty of being my own boss. When there are a lot of Uber drivers, the possibility to receive a ride is a lot slower so you make less money even while working in the peak hours. Waiting for a rider to request a ride fluctuates cause you may be busy with riders back to back and sometimes you can have days where you are waiting 10 or more minutes for a rider to request a ride. I am able to make my own schedule around my life. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. They don't pay enough for a decent living by any means and they currently don't have a line for you to speak with a live UberEats representative unless you are live on a delivery.

Rip off to drivers and I WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone looking for work.

With all the mileage and wear and tear to your vehicle you'd think they'd pay more or take much less of a percentage of your money. The customers and restaurants are all friendly and awesome but the Uber representatives and company sucks as well as their pay. It sucks when your trips go missing because you then lack proof of the delivery unless you screenshot your trip (which is ridiculous to have to remember to do for every trip) which makes speaking with their unprofessional representatives even more difficult. They have constant issues with their app and as an UberEats driver your trips REGULARLY go missing and you have to fight tooth and nail for your missing money, IF they even solve it. They take you around and around asking you the same questions over and over again and they have no respect for the drivers, though they love issuing apologies without solving your issues.

As a former UberEats Driver this company has HORRIBLE customer service and aid to Drivers and most of the representatives cannot comprehend English.
